The arrival of autumn was celebrated in a very special way at Os Piratinhas nursery school with the "Feeling Autumn" project, an initiative designed for our babies to explore this season through their five senses - sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste.

Over the last few weeks, the classrooms have been transformed into veritable laboratories of sensory discovery. The children had the opportunity to observe the warm colors of the leaves, feel different textures with tree bark and other elements, jump on the leaves to hear their sound, smell the aromas of spices and taste the characteristic flavors of the season.

The activities were designed in a playful and safe way, allowing each child to explore at their own pace, always with curiosity and joy. Through these experiences, the babies developed not only their senses, but also their autonomy, creativity and connection to nature.

The "Feeling Autumn" project showed that even the smallest children are capable of discovering the world around them with charm and excitement, turning every fallen leaf into a new opportunity to learn and feel!
